Scope of Services. Through this Site, R & W Heaven Throne Chairs markets and arranges Wedding Chair Rentals, Baby Shower Chair Rentals, Gender Reveal Chair Rentals, Event Photoshoot Chair Rentals, Video Production Chair Rentals, Marquee Numbers Rental. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://randwheaventhronechairs.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of R & W Heaven Throne Chairs or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. R & W Heaven Throne Chairs reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. R & W Heaven Throne Chairs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, R & W Heaven Throne Chairs's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid R & W Heaven Throne Chairs in the 12 months preceding the claim.
